Class Project Group Leader

My first semester at Iowa State, I took a course called ‘AMD 131: Product Development.’ Within this class we worked in groups for multiple team projects. After a few small in-class activities, our professor asked each group to choose a group leader to help everyone stay on task, keep up communications with the group members and the professor, and just make sure everything is finalized and turned in when it needed to be. I was fortunate enough to be chosen by my group for this leadership role. I already thoroughly enjoy group work and leadership, but to be able to combine them in a fashion class that I loved was a truly rewarding experience.
